The Youth Success Committe's goals are to focus on the following initiatives:

1.
Identify and decrease risk factors within the county that affect youth resiliency.
2.
Work alongside the Assets Committee to build and enhance youth skills for resiliency.
3.
Work collaboratively with agencies and schools within Huron County to identify, plan, and implement programs, as identified in our Coalition Logic Model, that build Protective Factors and reduce Risk Factors.
4.
Provide education to parents, youth serving organizations, and community members about Youth Suicide, Substance Use, and include them in the efforts for positive change.
